My continual invitation is to let go, listen, and love — to live from a place of presence and alignment. Each day, I too am like a pyramid in process — refining, expanding, and raising my vibration to more fully embody my soul’s light and divine design.
My work carries no religious or doctrinal leaning — only the intention to share love, light, and harmony, which are universal and belong to everyone. For over four decades, I have walked a path that bridges worlds - the seen and unseen, the scientific and the sacred, the medical and the holistic. With a Master's Degree in Social Work and a long-standing private practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, specialized in mind/body/spirit healing & integration, I have worked many years in medical & Hospice settings bridging conventional and integrative therapies.
Today, I continue to support clients in my Marblehead, MA practice and virtually around the world, offering channeling and therapy sessions that help people align with their own inner magnificence and well-being. And through my hands - guided and designed by Spirit - I craft stained glass Meditation & Wellness Pyramids, designed to uplift spaces, enhance well-being, and radiate love into the world.
A Divine Awakening
In 2000, when I moved to Hawaii, I often swam with wild dolphins. While swimming with them one day, I went into a very peaceful meditative state while being fully conscious. Right after this experience, a series of colored pencil drawings, known as "Awakening Images" emerged. These images were guided completely by Spirit, marking the beginning of my channeling journey.
Since that time, I have not once designed any of the artwork or pyramids I have crafted. It is through a direct conversation with Spirit guiding me from beginning to completion that I craft each energy art piece. Each and every aspect of the pyramid including the dimensions, the glass to choose (out of over 1,000 pieces of art glass), the shape of the glass to cut, where it is to be placed and even the title and intention for the pyramid is shared with me as clearly as if a friend were in the same room speaking with me.
A Gift for My Future
In 2012, a friend who shared my knowledge of color therapy proposed an intriguing idea: creating stained glass earrings that embodied the positive aspects of color. She offered to teach me the craft, and soon we found ourselves showcasing our creations at craft fairs.
The journey from crafting earrings to creating indoor/outdoor stained glass Meditation & Wellness Pyramids remains a mystery to me, yet the fusion of color, light, and nature in these pyramids fills me with joy. Witnessing light dance through the glass is a sight to behold - it's as if the glass comes alive, it's energy magnified. Every time I create a pyramid it feels like a beacon of positivity illuminating outward.
Spirit and I work in co-creation to bring each pyramid to life, with me acting as the hands that execute their visionary designs. The process is nothing short of miraculous. Each pyramid is created with the intention of embodying the qualities of PEACE, HEALING, JOY, LOVE, AWAKENING, PROSPERITY etc.
Each pyramid is a living vibration. While creating I often feel enveloped in an immense wave of LOVE, a palpable, luminous energy that flows into each sculpture. That love radiates outward - blessing the owner, the space, and outward into the world.
Trusting, Letting Go & Co-Creating with Spirit
People often ask how I can trust this process. The answer is simple: while creating, I am often enveloped in this feeling of love that fills the room and guides the process. The positive reactions to the pyramids affirm my trust and over the past 12 years of co-creating outdoor garden sculptures and pyramids with Spirit, the intentions and results have been nothing but positive, radiating good energy.
The Journey Continues
My journey from mind/body/spirit therapy to creating high-vibrational indoor/outdoor stained glass Meditation & Wellness Pyramids has been a testament to the power of embracing unexpected paths and trusting in the guidance of unseen forces. It's a journey that continues to unfold, guided by love, and dedicated to bringing joy, peace, and healing into the world through art and specifically these stained glass Meditation & Wellness Pyramids.
