The beauty of this video is that it wasn't staged and he wasn't told what to say. This is a young person's experience of being in a Harmonizing Light Pyramid within the restorative garden. He enjoyed wearing the colored glasses as well and he said he tried each pair but the green one's made him feel "chill", another word for relaxed and calm.
